Prof.ssa Laura Seccia

Italian language for foreign students



Italian native speaker, Laura Seccia developed a strong interest in languages and linguistics while she was a student at La Sapienza University in Rome, from which she got her BA degree in Linguistics and Philological Studies in December 2008.

She had her first experience as an Italian and French teacher at The University of Texas in Austin (USA), where she joined the post graduate program in Romance Linguistics from August 2010 to May 2012.

In November 2015, she got her post graduate degree in Italian as a second/foreign language, from the Gabriele D’Annunzio University in Pescara.

In 2017 she had her first experience as a teacher for the Voci nel Montefeltro Academy.

In May 2022, she got her MA degree in Linguistics Science from the Alma Mater University in Bologna.

When she is not working for Voci nel Montefeltro, she is a teaching professional for Eurante, an association organizing Italian language courses for young and adult immigrants in Rimini.
