A summer of great music will radiate from the Teatro Sociale of Novafeltria (in its first Centenary)

Prepare to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of different beauties, where places of art and breathtaking landscapes will blend with the timeless music of melodramatic masterpieces and vibrant melodies of all kinds. Montefeltro 2025 wants to be a celebration of the roots of our culture, which has always generated strong sound and visual emotions, with many events that will capture everyone, enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts.

Three jewels of the Opera will capture your evenings:

Let yourself be carried away by the passion and drama of Rigoletto, a masterpiece by Giuseppe Verdi that continues to make the public of each era reflect by intensely moving them.

Discover the irony and delicacy of L'elisir d'amore, the comic work by Gaetano Donizetti that has been able to insert a vein of melancholy into the comic genre to highlight deep feelings.

Inspired by an episode of Dante Gianni Schicchi's Inferno, the only comic work by Giacomo Puccini, in which cunning wins over human selfishness for the triumph of the love of young lovers.

But the musical summer of Montefeltro is not only operatic productions with artists coming from everywhere to draw nourishment from the roots of their art! A rich calendar of concerts, whose protagonists will be artists from Europe, the Americas and Japan, will range across different genres, from classical sounds to contemporary atmospheres, offering unforgettable evenings under the stars.

Montefeltro Festival 2024 1st part with 'La Musica Lirica USA'

The first Summer Program from the United States arrived on June 22, 2024. “Voci nel Montefeltro”, in collaboration with "La Musica Lirica USA” will stage 6 concerts and 3 operas at various squares throughout the beautiful region of Romagna.
Below, you will find a detailed program with dates and locations for each event.
Every member of “La Musica Lirica USA” - a total of 70 artists - will perform Giacomo Puccini’s Messa di Gloria in Ravenna for the 100th anniversary of his passing.
Young, talented artists from all over the world will sing and act in these culturally relevant productions. All the artists who participate have been carefully selected from the finest European and American universities by Creative Director Brygida Bziukiewicz Kulig, who sought out the best voices these institutions have to offer.
