Cesare Martelli

Executive assistant

Cesare has a background in languages, translation, and intercultural communication, and has always been drawn to roles that involve people and creativity. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation and a Master’s degree in Specialized Translation from the University of Bologna. Starting this fall, he will begin a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization at Bologna Business School. This is his second year collaborating with Voci nel Montefeltro, where he supports the team with communication, organization, and international relations. He enjoys working in dynamic environments where empathy, clarity, and flexibility make all the difference.
